When are we going to get with it?!
Fellas, What is stopping us from being the best version of ourselves? The Bible says that we as Christians should be ready for Jesus's return by being spiritually alert, cultivating our faith, and remaining committed to Jesus. I am going to have to say this also means that we should take care of our health so we can serve Him. Let's work on getting 1% better everyday. I can see Eric is doing the work and getting it done. Let's get on this bandwagon and join him. Also, this message was aimed more at myself than anyone else. Current weight: 228.8 lbs

Day 5
Here we are working on basic exercise. Exercise is a critical part of losing weight and a health journey. Starting off with the basics with 10K steps per day and resistance training a couple of days a week will pay off.
