Congrats on the launch! Many challenges. I agree with the other comments, finding the balance between functionality / practical but also look beautiful. Managing trades and not knowing how to draft a design plan/layout to communicate this with trades is another challenge. We are wanting to project manage an ensuite, laundry and main toilet ourselves, with no trade experience and no clue where to start.

This is AMAZING, thank you, very generous to share your expertise in this platform. Perfectly timed too. We are just about to start renovating, recently moved in. Fun story, purchased back my childhood home that was sold in 2008. House is very 1980s style, with excellent bones. Can't wait to get stuck into renovating while still keeping many of the original timber and brick elements of the home.
