First Client
Hi guys, I just wanted to put out an update. I have made the decision in November to go all in on the AI Agency model I have since followed Nick Sarav and Nate Herk and I did instantly cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, I did the Upwork route and I spent a fair amount of money only to land my first client yesterday. The proposal to be signed and the payment to be sent so it's not completely done but it's an 11.5k deal building a spec reviewer and personal optimization setup which I'm very excited about. And now I'm looking into how do I actually gather all the important information from the person without exposing passwords and things like that. From the little research I've done, I think Proton actually allows you to send the passwords and then it explodes. Or gets eliminated after a while. And I do have a Proton account. But yeah, I'm curious as to what you guys do usually once everything is signed and you're doing the kickoff call... What's the best approach to gather the necessary data?

From zero to building real systems in less than a week 🤯
I just want to take a second and be transparent with this community… A few days ago I had no idea what I was doing. Today? I have TWO fully working AI automation systems running smoothly: ✅ Automated Newsletter Drafter ✅ Personalized Auto Email Responder Built from scratch. No shortcuts. Just learning, failing, and building again. The crazy part is — I'm just getting started. Tomorrow I'm leveling up my tools so I can start building my portfolio and landing page. Because at this point it's not just about learning anymore. It's about showing people what's possible and delivering real results. If your business is drowning in emails or you've been wanting a newsletter but never have time — this is literally what I'm building for people. I'm still early but the systems work and I'm hungry to solve real problems. Drop a 🔥 if you're building something this week too — let's keep each other accountable. A small win in my book :) I know it's a lot.

Moving through the Anthropic interview process!
So this week I was contacted about a role as a forward deployed engineer for Anthropic!!!! My DREAM JOB!! I will be embedded with Anthropic's enterprise clients in NYC helping them build out agents and workflows and automations!!! I was just notified this morning that I'm moving onto the second round! Excited does not even begin to explain it right now. Like a kid again, I never get nervous or giddy but damn if I'm not right now! Need all the good vibes!!!

Day 2-3: Slow progress is still progress 🐢⚡
Let me be real with you… Days 2 and 3 hit different. The excitement of Day 1 is still there but now it’s mixed with “wait… what does this actually mean?” moments. I’m not using n8n like most of you. I’m working with Make.com on a tight budget ( and i couldn’t get it to work on my Chromebook ) 😂😭— so I’m basically translating everything I’m learning into a different language. Slower? Yes. Quitting? Absolutely not. This week I’ve been diving into MCP servers and my brain is doing backflips trying to connect all the dots. But something is starting to click. And here’s what’s keeping me going… I’m about to build my first ever AI OS. I don’t even fully know what it’ll look like yet — but that’s the exciting part. Make.com is becoming my playground and I’m starting to see what’s possible. To anyone else moving slower than they expected — you’re not behind. You’re just building on a different timeline. Question for the community: For those using Make.com — what’s one thing you wish you knew sooner? Drop it below 👇 Let’s help each other out.

From first client wins and live workflows to AI voice agents, portfolio momentum, and production-level fixes - this week inside AIS+ showed what happens when builders keep stacking reps consistently. 🚀 Standout Wins of the Week inside AIS+ 👉 @Michael Garcia closed his first major deal with a wholesale real estate automation engine handling property sourcing, Claude-based deal scoring, and investor pipeline management. 👉 @Luca Giovinazzo delivered his first full client project live — including 11 n8n workflows, CRM systems, Telegram bots, inventory tracking, booking systems, and KPI dashboards for an auto detailing business. 👉 @Paulo Calpatura built a fully automated AI voice receptionist using Vapi, n8n, Claude, Google Maps, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and ElevenLabs. 👉 Bo Gonzales presented two AI builds internally, stood out in front of 79 employees, and ended up in a 30-minute AI strategy conversation with his CEO. 👉 @Shatadru Majumdar joined just 7 days ago and already completed multiple AIS+ modules while shipping a customer-support workflow using n8n + Claude. 🎥 Super Win Spotlight | @Griffin Maklansky Griffin joined AIS+ after getting laid off and within a month and a half, landed a new AI-focused role. What started it all? Watching Nate’s “Master 95% of Claude Code in 36 Minutes” video and realizing how quickly AI could turn ideas into real products. Since joining, Griffin has: - Built his own personal website to stand out while job hunting - Started learning AI automation seriously despite having no traditional dev background - Used Nate’s templates and systems to level up his Claude workflows - Connected with builders inside the community and started taking real conversations around opportunities - Went from laid off to employed again with a strong salary in under 45 days
