The last few days I was sitting in creative block. Work piling up, projects pending. A sick kid. Rotating care with my husband. Still trying to stay “on.” while the world is on fire. Then "Pressha" came on with my girl Jill Scott! ....And it reminded me of something I forget sometimes; I’m not one thing. I’m not one role. I’m multi-layered. Tamarah is the creator of LJ & Friends, an educational cartoon series designed to inspire learning through creativity and joy. With a background as a former high school Film and Television teacher, she brings a strong foundation in storytelling, multimedia, and purposeful content creation. In October 2025, Tamarah stepped into the world of AI and fully embraced using emerging tools to bring stories, education, and imagination to life in new ways. Her ability to blend education, animation, and technology makes her a natural fit for this leadership role. As Community Producer, Tamarah will help spark conversation, support creators, and keep the Collective focused, creative, and welcoming as we continue to grow.
