Just finished the first section of my ADHD Snapshot and realized the thing I always called "being slow and dumb" as a kid was actually how my brain works, not who I am. Turns out the quietness I thought was my personality was really just a way I learned to stay safe. Still sitting with that one.

Hi! I am Kay. I’m 54 and from GA. I’m a retired grandmother and helping take care of my two grandsons. I’ve always known I may have ADD but it has gotten worse the past few years. Maybe because of menopause and i am almost a hermit with no friends nowadays. I need to get out and do more for sure.

@Ligia Ryon thank you so much! I have recently joined a gym. It’s just making myself go and be around people. I am more of an introvert but I know I need to get out of my comfort zone.
