For me, butterflies represent growth, healing, and transformation—beautifully reflecting what happens when we consistently return to our breath. You could shorten it to Butterfly Breath. It’s simple, memorable, and evokes exactly the kind of gentle, supportive transformation you, @Scarlett Dee, seem to foster. Whatever you choose, I’m simply excited to continue the journey with you. 🦋💜
