@Charles Merkel Thank you for your nice comment🙏🏻 Quiet quitting is an expression to describe when employees continue to put in the minimum amount of effort to keep their jobs, but don't go the extra mile for their employer. This might mean not speaking up in meetings, not volunteering for tasks, and refusing to work overtime. You can do it as a strategy but in the long run it’s exhausting and most of the time leads to a stressful situation.
