Day 3 of Drew’s Digital Hiatus.
Good morning! I thought today would be a good day for Drew’s challenging 102 sit-to-stand session that Kris suggested. I believe many of us have a tendency to ease off a bit on Fridays as we look forward to that precious weekend. Yet we best serve ourselves and others when we continue to give our best effort. I hope we are all here at age 102. That said, it occurred to me that this session may place too much strain on some members with hip, knee, or ankle issues. So I’ve also included a second, gentler session from Drew’s Norway trip below that may be more suitable for you at this time. @John Sev Thank you, you are so kind. I am doing Drew's older ones from his YouTube days before Everyday Energy. I enjoy following along on my TV then the laptop.
All Movement Matters
Today we celebrate all forms of movement. Whether it's yoga, Qigong, functional fitness, walking, gardening, or simply doing chores, it all counts. Every movement is worthwhile. This will be my last session for a little while as I step back from screens and spend more time cultivating presence and awareness in my own life. Thank you for moving with me. I wish you all the very best, and I look forward to seeing you again soon. Until then, keep moving.
