We got an excavator for this week. Wayne's working on the driveway and some other things and I'm doing what I do....documenting our adventure!

I am attempting to replicate Popeyes spicy chicken recipe for my old man. All I did was add his favorite hot sauce to the egg milk mixture and Nashville hot seasoning to the flour mixture. I really need him to get home and try it as I don't do hot stuff. My plate tasted delicious though and ohhh so crispy and meat falling off the bone! Spicy on the right.
