Introductory QUESTIONS for Everyone
Hello there my fellow breathers, I have 3 simple questions for you all: 1. Have you practiced breathing as a trainable skill before? Or is this the first time? 2. What are the things you have the most difficulty with when it comes to learning how to breathe or practicing breathing? 3. What is your WHY? Why are you wanting to learn how to breathe? Hey Fraser, 1. I've only practiced breathing a little bit, at the end of a body balance class or other short segments here and there. I'm new to this. 2. The speed in which to inhale or exhale, so I can hold my breath more comfortably. The pause, or, doing nothing, is the hardest part. 3. I want to learn more about breathing to down regulate my system. Also to increase my sports performance. I train for fun, fitness and mental clarity. 4. I was born in Israel, moved to new Zealand (where I normally live) and have been living in Samoa for the past three years. The weather is always hot and humid. Today it's also sunny β˜€οΈ
