She is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) personal trainer, lifestyle and weight management specialist and certified wellness program coordinator. Additionally, she has WELCOA (Wellness Council of America) faculty status and is on the Ohio Psychological Association Psychology in the Workplace Network (PWN) committee. She is a regular wellness speaker and educator at numerous local and state meetings, as well as national conferences. When she’s not at work, Sherry enjoys biking and swimming with her husband, Chad, and their two children.
