I'm excited to announce that we have many new members this week and I thought a great question for all of us to connect on is: 💤What has helped improved your sleep most So Far???💤 Sleep issues come from different places for all of us but share what has or is helping can inspire one another to take the next step for in our healing journey. I have only joined the free part of the group 7 days ago but I have already made so much progress through lifestyle changes alone (going to bed later only when I am really, really tired and thus spending less time in bed; getting up at the same time every day even after a bad night; putting my phone away during the night; going for 30-45 minutes walks in bright daylight in the first hour after waking up), but it also helped me to put less pressure on me ("It is okay if I cannot sleep, my body will get the sleep it needs when the time is right")

I scored highest in the biological/lifestyle colomn and a bit in the emotional section. I need to focus on habits such as morning daylight and phone use and going to bed later. Bought myself an alarm clock and started morning walks and it is working well for me. And I have to focus on nighttime nutrition because I am hungry all night and not eating the right things

Hi everyone! I am from Germany and just discovered the Sleep Skool. Looking for some inspiration for better sleep and nervous system regulation. My sleep is all over the place and I usually wake up exhausted

@Daniel King Thank you, Daniel. I appreciate the community and thank you for the invitation but I am not yet sure if I can make it to the call because it will be 2 a.m. in Germany. Unless I am awake anyway then I might show up.... ;)
