Hey everyone, I wanted to introduce myself and to see who else is in this community! 🙋🏼‍♀️ I’m Christa, an American entrepreneur living in Bali. I escaped the matrix in 2013 when I quit my corporate job, booked a one-way ticket to Thailand, and have been abroad ever since. Now I help other people escape the matrix too, lol. I don’t think I’ve found a community quite like this before so I’m excited to be here! 👋🏻My Q: Is everybody here currently inside the matrix and looking to escape it, or are you already outside of it? if you’re outside of it, what are you doing with your lives, lifestyles, careers, etc.? 📖also, I thought it would be cool to share how I ended up here in the first place (and why I think it’s so cool that I’m here): So just moments ago I discovered @Laura Renaud ’s content on Instagram and binged a whole bunch of it. I then immediately searched her profile to learn about what she’s offering/ how she’s monetizing her account and found this group! I am a huge nerd about Marketing (I teach & coach on it professionally 🤓) so I’m always super impressed when someone’s organic content speaks to me so directly and gets me to ask “how can I pay this person?!” It was a post about her workshop; and specifically the part about how you need to tap back into your childlike state of being if you want to figure out what to do with your life/career, because when we were kids we were not “programmed” yet, and that’s where all of our true wisdom and answers lie. ^^ I believe this so deeply!! so much that (as I mentioned) I dedicated my career to helping people figure out how they can get paid to do work that they love (outside of the matrix). Anyways, I reshared her post on my stories because I think it’s so cool and so meta; that me being here in this group proves my point that you can get paid to do work you love, and proves her point that she’s making in the video 🤯😍 She’s just out here talking excitedly about things that she’s passionate about and getting paid & fame for it. It’s an awesome example of how leaving the matrix in pursuit of living authentically creates abundance.
