These are really good. I put baked apple pieces with cinnamon and ginger in them. Bananas and raisins are also good too. Bob Mills vegi soup mix is excellent as well

I can tell you that the enemy is not happy with the time I've been spending with the Lord. I truly have been blessed by the teachings and by the time I've been spending with the Lord. I also have had to endure some distractions since I started the fast making it difficult to stay on task a lot of times,but God's been good through it all. I have managed to keep up the pace. I just keep saying thank you God help me God and I can't do it without you lord so help me just stay on task
