Using the format below share what you got from the challenge! Deadline: Sun, Feb 8, 2026 at 9pm PT/midnight ET This helps you reflect, articulate, and share your wins for us all to celebrate together. What you share also doubles as your entry to win 2 Retreat Scholarships and book your 1:1 laser coaching session. - I struggled/procrastinated/avoided/wasn't [share specific challenge or habit you weren't doing area] for X [how long you put off the task/project or couldn't start the habit] because I [top reason or excuse you didn't do it. ie. worried about XYZ] - I realized/discovered [whatever opened up for you during the challenge. NEXT STEPS Once you complete your post here, I will DM a link to your laser coaching session to happen before 2/18 when I leave to N. Zealand for vacation until Mar 1. On this 20-30 min call, you'll create a game plan clarifying your goals, challenge getting there, and what the next best action step is to take.

Reposting my comment here: I am really happy. I think I learned some things that I wasn't expecting to learn from charting out my habits and routines. I'll continue to do this for a while. My next 5 day challenge will be to actually change something in my day to day. Back to step 1. What will that be? This could go on forever ..... Haha. But thanks Anna and all for your generosity of time and spirit and for the support. This was fun.

My strategy to use resistance as a friend…do my task before resistance has a chance to get in the way (first thing in the morning) then resist away on other thing ;-). With the movement, I am appreciating the challenge and have often been exercising the power of NOW (notice, observe, welcome) that I learned from Anna’s other SolJoy videos.

@Katy Curtis I love the reminder of why you made the goal in the first place. It’s such a simple way to deal no with resistance.
