Can smoked/grilled meats fit into this plan? I've heard some say they aren't good for you. We have a pellet smoker which we use exclusively for grilling. Is this ok? What about things like smoked ham?
I’m pretty flexible with smoked meats on the plan. Some patients with asthma or who have sensitive systems may not do well but overall having some smoked fish or meat shouldn’t be a problem. I’ll address this question in more detail at class today
