🧭 NEW RESOURCE: The Progress Checklist Accountability Helper
📥 Your Anchor in the Noise This one-pager is your daily mirror and momentum keeper. Use it to track your day, reclaim your essence, and remind yourself of the basics—water, movement, connection, rest. At the same time, reflect on the deeper intelligence of your Smart, Funny, and Tortured self. Whether you’re moving through the full SFT course or simply showing up for your own evolution, this sheet is both permission slip and compass. It doesn’t demand performance. It offers structure. 📝 How to Use It - Print a fresh one each morning or keep a stack by your bed. - Or, use the electronic version on your phone or desktop—it saves progress locally, no account needed. - Start your day with just one word in each section. - End your day by asking: Where did I show up as Smart, Funny, or Tortured today? 👥 Add the name of your accountability partner if you have one.⚖️ Use it daily, weekly, or whenever you feel adrift. 🪞 This is where “before the bullshit” becomes visible. 📎 Download the PDF below or try the electronic version—and drop a comment to share how it’s evolving for you.

A small win is that i made it through the day... definitely navigating more of the tortured aspects of the framework these days, as being a behavioral health provider in this political climate and holding others' feelings can be traumatic. To manage this, I made it to the gym for once to get my body moving and I was able to get into a flow that helped me regulate. It's the small things, eh? :)
Smart Funny Tortured Card Pull - TORTURED
The Tortured side of Smart Funny Tortured is where we face the things we’ve carried, hidden, or tried to bury—and where we find the strength that comes from bringing them into the light. Today’s card asks:👉 What’s something you used to hide about yourself that you now embrace? This is an invitation to honor the parts of yourself that once felt too heavy, too strange, or too shameful—and to celebrate the courage it took to reclaim them. Whether it’s your sensitivity, your ambition, your scars, your voice, your quirks, or something deeper—this is your space to share. Drop your answer in the comments ⬇️ Your story might help someone else finally see the beauty in what they’ve been hiding.

@Branka Gittens aww thanks!! It was actually four tiers but the last one was taken off for the bride and groom to cut. I made all of the cakes and other desserts from scratch 😁 The flavors of the cake were dark chocolate with a whipped ganache filling, red velvet with a cream cheese filling, strawberry rose with a white chocolate ganache, and lemon lavender with homemade lemon curd. All the cakes had a vanilla Italian meringue buttercream icing. Then the two-bite desserts were browned butter rice krispie treats with chocolate and homemade honey caramel in the center, vegan brownies, and strawberry rhubarb pie bars (which my partner made). It was a lot to do, but the effort was fun.
