🎥✨ Healers, Fixers, and the Hybrid Human We’re Meant to Be
There are two kinds of people in the world: Healers and Fixers. Healers are the ones we fall into—They notice what we’re holding. They ask if we’re okay. They meet us where we are. Fixers are the ones who get us home. They see what needs doing and just do it.They act. They solve. They carry the bag at 2AM. But the people who change our lives—and the ones we can choose to become—are both. They’re the ones who know when to hold and when to help. The ones who meet you in the wreckage and help you climb out. Today’s Smart + Funny Fusion Workshop is a live experiment in becoming that kind of human. Smart = your brilliance, strategy, perspective. Funny = your joy, your flow, your ability to hold.Together? They begin to unlock your range. 🌀 And yes—beneath it all is Tortured. The part that knows. The part that made you pay attention. We’ll go there soon. 💬 Reflection Prompt ( Drop in below ⬇️ ) Which one do you naturally lead with—Healer or Fixer? And where might you grow by integrating the other?

@Rose Pribilovics thank you Rose. Just remember, if you’re a fixer—own that. Become the one who sees clearly, acts swiftly, and eases the burden. Because even fixing can heal.
Hello! Pleased to be here.
I was guided by my friend Alexandra to join this community. I own a small business owner in Santa Rosa, CA called Soul Movement, biomechanics and body work by Brooke. I specialize is corrective posture and gait. Looking to expand my practice merging biomechancs with mental, emotional spiritual practices. Excited to be apart of this community.

We Were Built For The Times We Find Ourselves In
A steadier way to move through weeks like these, together. In days like these, the air gets thin. Outrage spikes, hope dips, timelines melt into a single fever. If you’re feeling exhausted or numb, you’re not failing—you’re processing. The Smart Funny Tortured were built for days like these. Smart is our pattern recognition. We refuse panic’s short horizon. We look for repeating signals, incentives, and second-order effects.Funny is our Defiant Joy. Not denial—discipline. The posture that keeps a room human when fear is trying to rewrite the script. Tortured is our fluency in shadow. We know shame and trauma by name, and that’s why we don’t shatter at the first hit. We transmute. The SFT Crisis Code: Calm. Clear. Kind. Courageous. Calm nervous systems make better choices. Clarity slices through noise. Kindness keeps the social fabric from tearing. Courage moves us from commentary to contribution. A simple playbook - Read the room: What pattern is present? What’s signal vs. spectacle? - Hold the room: Breathe. Speak slower. Offer warmth. Check on two people. - Rebuild the room: One sovereign act today—share a vetted resource, protect someone’s dignity, support a local org, or offer your craft where it matters. If you need structure, our Reflection Engines are live in Skool (Smart, Funny, and Tortured). Upload your handwritten worksheets, get a private readout, and choose your next move from a grounded place. We don’t do performative panic here. We practice Defiant Joy and disciplined action. Read. Hold. Rebuild. Together. Join the conversation in Skool and post your one action for this week.
We Were Built For The Times We Find Ourselves In
The Craziest Realization 🤯
A lot of people think success belongs to the smartest, the most talented, the ones with flawless résumés. But here’s the truth that hits like a hammer: Most “successful” people you see out there? They’re not smarter than you. They’re not more talented. They just kept moving. They didn’t overthink, they didn’t drown in shame, and they weren’t paralyzed by fear. They were “dumb” enough not to calculate the odds—and that blindness to risk became their superpower. Meanwhile, the Smart ones — the ones like you and me — we can get trapped. We see too much, anticipate too much, feel the weight of failure before we’ve even begun. Our intelligence becomes a net, catching us in hesitation. But here’s the reframe: - Smart is pattern recognition, synthesis, and vision. - Funny is joy, defiance, the light that keeps us moving. - Tortured is the wound that fuels our hunger to make something matter. When you integrate those three, you realize: I can do this. Not just at their level, but ten times better. Because if the so-called “stupid” can build empires by sheer persistence, then imagine what happens when Smart Funny Tortured finally refuses to self-sabotage and starts moving with consistency. That’s when we win. 🎥 Watch The Video - to drive the point home, here’s a talk that perfectly illustrates this truth. It’s about a man who sat under the hot lights of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, determined to look intelligent… and wound up with the stupidest smile imaginable. He went on to win a million anyway — and the story unfolds into a bigger truth: We overestimate our intelligence, we underestimate our stupidity, and yet… it’s often our imperfect, irrational, even “stupid” human qualities that set us apart in a world competing with machines. 👉 Reflect 1. Where are you overthinking instead of moving? 2. What small, “stupid” action could you take this week that pushes your dream forward? 3. When has imperfection or accident led you somewhere powerful?
