Hi everyone ! ☀️ I'm happy to be here, thanks for having me in this group. My name is Katarzyna, but most of people know me as Kasia. I live i Norway, but have Polish roots. I'm educated French teacher, but have worked mostly with inclusion of immigrants (And lately) refugees in Norway and HR. I have also started my own company in 2022, helping organizations with translations, intercultural skills, Norwegian courses for the employees, etc. Discovering IDGs was a missing element in my own development as well as a framework helping me to helps my customers better.
