🖤 The Black Book 📖
Have you started writing your Black Book yet? To change a paradigm, you must first see it. 👀 Right now, we hide it from our awareness because we believe we are the paradigm. Here’s an exercise I often mention, but few people dare to try because it’s dangerous. ⚠️ Take an empty notebook. It can be a large one. 📓 Find a place for it where no one will ever find it. Keep it hidden among your books or under lock and key. 🔒 In it, write down all the negative traits you notice in yourself daily. 📅 Tuesday, October 22: I noticed a part of me that always wants to be right. I noticed my tendency to argue and impose my opinion on others. When someone opposed me, I immediately resented them and responded angrily. 😡 📅 Wednesday, October 23: I feel irritated, but I don’t know why. During the day, I lied to someone about something. 🫣 In the evening, I noticed I wanted to appear bigger than I am, so I boasted. I felt lust. Laziness—I skipped a task because I didn’t feel like doing it. 🛌 These are just rough examples, but the book should be filled with all the negative things you observe in yourself. 📝✨ When you read this book after some time, you will be shocked by what you’ve written. I haven't started writing the black book yet. It's easiest for me to say that I'm lazy, but maybe I still need the courage to start. I'll try to get started...I'm sure I'll be surprised after a few months when I read it🫣

- My first memory...I was three or four years old, when I sneaked out of the house at night and walked alone on the street. I was scared, but I kept walking anyway. Two police officers found me and returned me to my parents. - Favorite games - there are more: hide and seek, climbing trees and riding a bike. - I don't remember any useful advice...I can mention my father's advice - that I should always help people (as long as it's not to my detriment). - The smell that takes me back to the happiest days of my childhood is the smell of donuts and pancakes that my grandmother used to make😊

✨ Have you made your Vision Board yet? ✨
🔮 Set up a board and fill it with images of everything you want to achieve. 💭 This is a powerful energetic exercise that most people overlook because they think it "doesn't work." 🤔 But it doesn’t work because we don’t see ourselves in those things we've pinned on our board. 🖼️ We don’t stand in front of it daily, imagining what it’s like to live that new life. 🚀 We lose discipline, and after 3-6 months, we forget about it. Life hits us with negative impressions 🌪️, and we react with dissatisfaction, creating a new cycle of causes and effects that seem inescapable. 😞 Your Vision Board should be in your sacred space ✨ and it must reflect a new you — a completely new life with material things, cars 🚗, houses 🏡, travels ✈️, and even your new body 💪. 🌅 Every morning when you wake up, stand in front of your Vision Board and give thanks for achieving it all. 🙏 This is the start of a paradigm shift, and only 1 in 100 take it seriously. Steps: 1️⃣ Find a large board (don’t be shy about claiming the abundance that’s yours! 💎) 2️⃣ Collect images of everything you’ve ever wanted and print them out 📸 3️⃣ Each morning, stand in front of the board, look at each goal 👀, close your eyes, and briefly imagine yourself living that life 🧘‍♀️ 4️⃣ Let go of the desire tied to these goals and trust the process 🌀 💬 Have you made your Vision Board?
