Here’s my first rough draft: C + R + A + T + E = Clarity + Rooting + Alignment + Transformation + Embodiment End result: a soul-led life and business that feels authentic, aligned, and sustainable. I help people bridge the mystical and the practical - turning their deep inner work into outer change that lasts. Whether it’s through healing practices, creative expression, or values-led planning, the path I guide people on is about becoming who they already are… with more intention, integrity, and impact. This is still evolving, but these five elements (C.R.A.T.E?) are starting to form the backbone of my compendium and future offerings. Would love feedback on this format or your own version too!

What’s a hook you’ve used—or thought about using—for your business? Think: an idea, phrase, angle, or even just a gut-level ā€œthis might get attentionā€ thought. A template I like to use is: I help <client identity name> with <what do you do for your dream client> without <pain points they avoid> so that <desired end result of client>. Be as specific as possible to their undesired situation or pain point. It doesn’t have to be perfect. It doesn’t even have to be good. This trail starts with sharing, not polishing. Here’s what I’m working with based on the template: ā€œI help multidimensional creatives and soul-seekers reconnect with their inner compass through healing frameworks and spiritual insight — without bypassing the hard stuff — so they can build a life and business that feels like home.ā€ Still refining and rethinking, but this feels close. I’m blending what I’ve learned in my grad program (MA in Consciousness, Psychology & Transformation) with real-world tools for people who feel stuck in the in-between. Open to thoughts, reflections, or tweaks! šŸ™ Here are some possibilities for hooks: If your soul could order something custom right now ‐ what would it ask for? (A journal? A ritual? A roadmap? A reminder?) I'm listening. I’ve been creating behind the scenes - but this next part is for you. What would feel like a gift to your spirit right now? If I could hand you a tool for healing, clarity, or direction — what would it be? Let’s dream it into being. Imagine we’re sitting together with tea, no distractions.
