Hey everyone. First I want to say thanks to everyone for all the support. Woke up this morning, realized after today's live i would be 2 classes behind and 3 sets of questions. In my book that is a fail!!!! I stopped and said instead what is most important about this. It's the videos the questions. Not all the small stuff. As of right now I have one more video to watch and then questions hope to be at the live tomorrow.

FEEL BEHIND? THIS IS YOUR OPPORTUNITY
Quick truth: there is no "behind" in this challenge. That's a story your brain made up the moment you missed a session. And I get it. We are world class at turning one missed day into a full identity crisis. "I always do this." "I never finish anything." "Why did I even sign up." Breathe. The challenge is not a train you missed. It's a room. And the room is open until Tuesday. Five sessions of 30 minutes. You don't need five days for that. You need one weekend and a brain like ours. We don't do "a little bit every day". We do all of it, at once, when it finally matters. Let it matter. Almost everyone misses a day. The people with the big transformations? They missed days too. Felt the shame. Came back anyway. That's the rep that rewires you. Every time you quit something before, you taught your nervous system "we don't finish things." This weekend you teach it the opposite. One honest thing: I don't yet know when I run this again. If I do, it won't be this group, this week, and it might not be fully free again... So here's the whole task. Open the classroom. Press play on the next session. Answer the three questions. Repeat until your report shows up. ▶️ https://www.skool.com/adhd/classroom That report is the deepest thing you'll read about yourself this year. Don't leave it sitting there. And Tuesday is for everyone. Five days done, two days, zero days. Reinvent Your ADHD Life is where I put the whole week into one picture, announce the $2,000 in prizes live, and give everyone in the room lots of value for FREE. If life happened and you did nothing, be there anyway. That's the one thing I'm asking. 📅 Tuesday 8 September, 18:00 CEST 👉 https://www.skool.com/adhd/calendar?eid=98e07cd8498742339830a0a2cd715ed0 You're not behind. You're exactly where the comeback starts. And if you're on track: Day 5 is the one where you get your report. Live at 18:00 CEST · 17:00 UK · 12:00pm ET · 9:00am PT · 02:00 Sat AEST. Can't make it? The replay is up right after.

I finished yes
It is exactly midnight and I finished. Got my full report. ADHD Awakening Assessment Completed on 9/4/2026 YOUR ADHD AWAKENING: A Psychological Portrait A Personal Analysis for You THE MIRROR: What I See When I Read Your Words "What if it went wrong and I didn't get my insurance." Two phone calls, Karri. And before you could dial the first one, your brain ran the whole disaster movie: the call goes sideways, the coverage lapses, and then everyone gets to see what you already suspect about yourself. You weren't avoiding a task. You were avoiding a verdict. And here is the part that should stop you cold: the verdict came anyway. "I felt so stupid once it was done." Waiting didn't protect you from the sentence. It just delivered it from a different direction. That is the shape of the whole thing. There is a courtroom running in the background of your life, and almost every ordinary task gets filed as potential evidence. This report is built only from what you wrote, your own sentences, your own scenes. What follows is the view from outside the experience, which is the one place you have never been able to stand. PART 1: THE ARCHITECTURE OF YOUR STRUGGLE Why You're Not Broken - You're Mismatched The Surface Problem vs. The Real Problem You called it procrastination. What you actually described is a nervous system doing threat assessment on a phone call. Your brain wasn't refusing the insurance calls because they were boring. It was calculating the cost of being wrong in front of somebody, and it concluded that the safest position was the doorway: not in, not out, not yet judged. That reflex has a history. Your Transformation Report named the fifty-two years of "why can't I" and the report card that kept arriving. When a brain has been collecting that evidence since school, it stops treating small tasks as small. It treats them as tests. Your brain is not failing to start things; it is protecting you from one more piece of evidence, and the protection now costs more than the risk ever did.
