@Tracy Zenobia I did not know there was a calculator for it? And I used Swiss I think it said, where you put the egg whites with a little sugar over a double boiler for a few minutes and whisk, and then use the stand mixer to whip while adding the rest of the sugar before adding the almond flour and powdered sugar.

Preheating
How long do you preheat your oven before you bake? Comment 1, 2 or 3 below. 1 = just until the oven dings its ready. 2= until an oven thermometer inside the oven reaches temp 3= at least 1-2 hours.

Depends on what I’m baking. Cookies less time, bread more time.
