You Teach the Why. I Teach the How. ⭐
Looking to collaborate with health, wellness, natural living, homesteading, and nutrition communities. Many people understand WHY real food matters. But they still struggle with HOW to actually source it, organize it, and make it work for their family. That's where I come in. I teach the L.O.O.P. Method, a practical framework that helps families: 🥩 Locate real food sources 📦 Organize their food supply 🛒 Optimize purchasing habits 🤝 Partner with local farmers I'd love to partner with communities that teach health and wellness and offer a workshop, training, or Q&A focused on helping members build a resilient, farmer-fed food system. If your members know they should eat better but aren't sure where to start, let's chat.
The Most Overlooked Growth Strategy for Entrepreneurs
Entrepreneurs will spend thousands of dollars on courses, coaches, funnels, ads, software, and AI tools... But many are trying to build a business with: - poor sleep - unstable energy - constant stress - nutrient deficiencies - nervous systems stuck in overdrive I've come to believe that one of the greatest growth strategies isn't another business tactic. It's becoming the kind of person who has the energy, focus, resilience, and capacity to actually execute. Honestly, I don't think I would have had the capacity to start a farmers market, build a community, run a dairy farm, homeschool, teach classes, and pursue new business ideas if I hadn't first started paying attention to my health. Not perfectly. But intentionally. Things like: ☀️ Sunlight & circadian rhythms 🥩 Nutrient-dense food 🚶‍♀️ Daily movement 😴 Sleep & recovery 🧠 Nervous system support 🤍 Community & connection These aren't just "health topics." They're capacity builders. And capacity changes everything. That's why I created Animal Based Women. It's not just about food. It's about building a life and body that can support the things you're called to do. 🎉 Since it's my birthday month, I'm opening the doors for just $1. If you've been feeling like you're running on fumes while trying to build something meaningful, come join us HERE

@Phillip Mackey yes! Earthing is physically connecting your body to the earth, usually barefoot on grass, soil, or sand. While "grounding" (a broader more common catchphrase) can also mean calming your mind and nervous system, earthing specifically refers to direct contact with the earth. It became one of the simple habits I incorporated during my healing journey. Energy comes from the sun and charges the earth; we can utilize that by stripping away the barriers (shoes :) I know it sounds woowoo...but it truley works. I mean, look at all the other animals out there content and happy!
The Mental Cost
Most people don’t realize how exhausting modern food culture actually is. Not just financially. Mentally. The constant grocery runs. Trying to figure out dinner every night. Snacks. Convenience foods. Half-used ingredients rotting in the fridge. Eating out because everyone’s tired. One of the most unexpected things about shifting toward an animal based lifestyle is how much simpler life can feel. Beef. Eggs. Fruit. Raw dairy. Honey. Simple meals repeated consistently. Less decision fatigue. Less food noise. Less stress. And honestly? A lot of families may not spend much more than they already do once the constant leaking of convenience culture slows down. That’s a huge part of what we talk about inside Animal Based Women. Not perfection. Not dieting. Not obsessing over macros. Just learning how to simplify food, support your body, reconnect to natural rhythms, and create a calmer way of living. If that sounds like something you’ve been craving, come join us.

The Mental Cost
Most people say they want to support farmers
But what does that actually look like in real life? Maybe it’s buying local food. Maybe it’s learning where your food comes from. Maybe it’s slowing down enough to live a little more in rhythm with nature again. Farmers tend the land. They work with seasons, sunlight, weather, animals, rest, nourishment, and real life cycles. And honestly… I think a lot of us feel disconnected from that now. That’s a big part of what we talk about inside Animal Based Women. Not just food. But habits. Sleep. Sunlight. Movement. Nervous system health. Eating more simply. Living more connected to how humans were actually designed to live. It’s more than a diet. It’s a movement back toward real life. And if that resonates with you even a little… I’d love to help you lean into it more. Join Animal Based Women and let's work together to create a lifestyle that supports our bodies and our communities.
