My goal is mental clarity and focus. I'm doing OMAD FMD to share dinner time with hubby. I did have an orange in the afternoon, split in 3 parts, eaten one and a half hour apart to keep myself in fasting state. Dinner was lots of veggies with a bit of rice and a bit of meat. Calorie wise I was definitely under 500 but I'm pretty sure the meat put me over the protein ratio.
