🚨NEW CHALLENGE STARTING MONDAY (Jan 26):
Journal the Problem. Build the Solution. This is a simple challenge. And like most simple things, it’s uncomfortable for people who avoid responsibility. For the next 7 days, here’s the rule: When a problem, obstacle, frustration, or stressor shows up in your day… Before you ask for help. Before you vent. Before you Google. Before you spiral. You give yourself 10–15 minutes to think. 🔹 THE DAILY PROCESS (NON-NEGOTIABLE) Step 1: Write the Problem In your journal, clearly write: - What happened? - What am I stuck on or avoiding? - What is the REAL problem (not the emotion) Be direct. No stories. No excuses. Step 2: Write at Least ONE Solution - One possible action you could take - It doesn’t have to be perfect - It doesn’t have to be comfortable - It just has to be YOUR thinking This trains ownership. Step 3: Choose One Move End every entry with this sentence: “The next action I will take is ___.” Small actions count. Momentum matters. 🔹 HOW TO CHECK IN (DAILY) After you complete the journal entry, come back here and comment: - ✅ “Done” - One short reflection: No long journaling in the comments. The work is private. The accountability is public. 🔹 WHY WE’RE DOING THIS Most people: - React emotionally - Look for validation - Outsource responsibility High performers: - Pause - Think - Decide This challenge trains: - Self-leadership - Decision-making under pressure - Emotional control - Confidence in your own judgment You already have more answers than you think. This forces you to prove it. 🔹 START DATE Monday, January 26 No prep needed. Just a journal. And the willingness to stop avoiding hard thinking. When Monday hits, we start.

Mindset Mastery Recap – From This Morning
This morning’s live wasn’t about motivation. It was about calling out the real reason people stay stuck. We talked about why motivation fades so fast. That initial excitement? That’s dopamine. Your brain loves starting something new, it doesn’t care about the boring repetition required to finish it. Once the novelty wears off, most people think they lost drive. They didn’t. They lost structure. We dug into why consistency feels harder than it should. It’s not laziness. It’s decision fatigue. Every day you’re asking yourself “Should I work out?” “What should I eat?” “Do I feel like it?” you’re burning mental energy. No plan = constant negotiation. And negotiation is where standards quietly die. Then the big one, why you can know exactly what to do and still not follow through. Knowledge isn’t the problem. Behavior follows environment and systems. If your life isn’t set up to support the action, comfort wins every time. Here’s the truth we landed on: Nobody falls off because they don’t care. They fall off because their goals aren’t protected by structure. Structure removes emotion. Structure removes choice. Structure keeps execution alive. If this hit you this morning, don’t just agree with it, build something around it. Proud of everyone who showed up and asked real questions. That’s how growth actually happens.

TOMORROWS MINDSET LIVE Q&A
Tomorrow we’re diving into something that affects almost everyone at some point. Why motivation fades. Why consistency breaks down. Why you can know exactly what to do, and still struggle to follow through. The truth is simple: Most people don’t have a motivation problem. They have a structure problem. We’ll be talking through: • Why willpower runs out so fast • How decision fatigue quietly kills consistency • What structure actually looks like in real life Come to the live with questions. Drop them below ahead of time or bring them with you tomorrow so we can work through real scenarios. This is about tightening the foundation, not just hearing more information.
