Closure Classes Update
First of all — just wanted to say again how much I loved coaching you those eight weeks! You showed up with so much heart and honesty, and it made the whole experience feel bigger and deeper than anything I could have created on my own. At the end of our time together, a bunch of you said you were interested in continuing with Closure Classes —and after a lot of thinking (and a few deep talks with my coffee mug), I’ve decided to officially launch it this June - and spread it out over 4 months, 2 sessions a month. Here's the plan.... TAP HERE TO LEARN MORE & ENROLL! https://sales.notsalmon.com/closure-classes/ P.P. S. If you have any questions — just email me. I’m here. (Probably with coffee.)

🌟 Core Value of The Week: Empathic Love🌟
I want you to explore embracing Empathic Love more this week. This the undercurrent of a truly meaningful connection. It gives you the ability to see beyond yourself and recognize that everyone carries their own battles. Empathy also empowers you to listen more closely—so you actually ask things like, “Hey, you doing okay?” And you stop fake-listening—like the “uh-huh, yeah, sure” stuff. Share below anything that comes to mind around this core value this week. And any "I am and so I do" statements you create around this core value!
What's The Point In Trying Syndrome
Imagine waking up every day, knowing exactly what you want to do
but feeling like you can’t make your goals happen. So why even try? Sound familiar? Welcome to “What’s the Point in Trying Syndrome.” It’s that gut-wrenching state of mind - where you give up before you even begin - because you’re convinced that nothing good will come of your efforts. Maybe you feel that way now - about
. - trying to lose that extra ten pounds - writing the screenplay you’ve been talking about for years - looking for a fulfilling relationship - just getting out of bed and facing another day at a job you hate This isn't just laziness or a bad mood kicking in. It’s a deep, existential dread that what you do doesn’t matter - because no matter what - you’re screwed. This mindset can hit anyone, at any age. But it tends to sneak up more aggressively as we rack up more life miles and face more failures. 🌟 This Week’s Core Value: Gratitude!🌟
When life feels hard, cut down on the overthinking—and start over-thanking! This week focus more on what you have to be grateful about. Write some "I am grateful... and so I ______" statements. Share these statements + the various things you're grateful about... down below! Train yourself to be a gratitude collector of joyful moments. - The way your dog greets you like you’re a Beatles reunion tour - The smell of rain on a warm pavement - That first sip of coffee that tastes like a high-five to your soul These aren’t just consolation prizes while you wait for the big win. They’re real-deal happiness—hidden in plain sight. - You’ve got 1,440 minutes in a day. Use at least five of them to focus on gratitude.
🌟 This Week’s Core Value: Authenticity! 🌟
Hey, amazing humans! It's that time of the week where we dive deep into our core value treasure chest and pull out a gem that's going to sparkle our path ahead. This week, we're all about AUTHENTICITY! What’s Authenticity Really About? Authenticity is about being your you-iest version of you. It’s about aligning your actions so tightly with your beliefs, that you couldn’t possibly get lost in someone else’s expectations or societal blueprints. Your Mission: I want each of you to reflect on where in your life you need to turn up the dial on authenticity. Which parts of your daily routine feel more like you’re playing a part rather than living your truth? Are you saying YES when you desperately want to say NO? Are you hiding your quirkiest, most endearing qualities because you think they’re not ACCEPTABLE? Create Your Authenticity Statements: Write some powerful "I am and so I do" statements. Brainstorm how to fill in this blank: "I am authentic, and so I _______." Fill in the blank with a habit or action you commit to adopting this week that reflects your true self. Here’s a couple to get your creative juices flowing: - "I am authentic, and so I speak my mind kindly and fearlessly in meetings, even when my voice shakes." - "I am authentic, and so I choose to wear what feels good on my body and soul, not what fashion dictates." Share Your Statements: Drop your authenticity statements in the comments. Let’s inspire each other with the unique ways we’re choosing to live our truest lives. Who knows, your statement might just be the nudge someone else needs to make a similar brave choice! Let’s support each other in being the most authentic versions of ourselves. Because remember, life's too short for anything less! đŸŒˆđŸ’„ xo, Karen
