Little fun side quest
Took a little time out of this week's larger piece to work on this fun little artistic side quest. The wood cut out of the ladybug was very fun to add my touch of stippling color onto. 💜

Where it all started
Everyone has an origin story. How did you start creating? What inspired you? Share with us.

I don’t even remember for sure but I think I was fascinated by my mom’s crocheting and asked her to teach me. That’s what got me started in the yarny world. Quilting was one of those “someday I want to learn” and then my Dad died at 56 and I realized “someday” was now. So I took quilting classes that same year.
