I'll go first: My fear is that I won't learn fast enough to stay relevant. I work in medical device sales, and I can already see how AI is changing the game, for customer insights, automated follow-ups, predictive analytics. And honestly there are so many new tools coming out every day that I worry I'm spreading myself too thin trying to learn everything at once instead of focusing on one thing.
