After the back and forth and rebuilds, I've been building my personal OS again which is a hybrid of Nate's AIOS and another Agentic OS framework, so it fits more my context and purpose. I'm glad to finally see some solid progress. And i've got to say there are a lot of moving parts. I mean anyone can do it, but it does require some serious sitting through it, understanding the pieces and bringing them together. Esp in my case where it integrates a lot of aspect about user's health. I've been building this of course for my own use so I'm no longer the bottleneck in many domains of my life, but also with the idea to package and monetize the build. With everything that goes into it, how much are people charging? I saw some people charging $5k for setting up agents and wondered if people actually pay for those proces - if its not a company. When I started I was thinking more $499 esp since i'm not targeting companies, more entrepreneurs/coaches. But with how much thought and effort i've been putting in, even with help of AI, i'm thinking more $1k for the build. It does contain a proprietary method of mine that is not avaible in other agentic os frameworks. So yes anyone could do it on their own like I am now, but what i'm offering is leveraging the time, effort, mistakes, learning curve I went through, fast tracking that for them and also including my proprietary method. What are your thoughts? Also a retainer fee for maintainance + upgrades? Also would you package it as a DIY but instead of a course, more like an install and click, like Nate's github repo, or more like DFY ?

I'm getting ready to setup my AIOS with Hermes but it will be more for personal and a little business. The current oen seems to be more business oriented. Anyone used it for personal and suggest tweaks etc? Or do you just follow it and jsut let ir know during the build it will be for something else? Also, I like Opus but I don't really want to build my OS in Claude. I want Hermes but running it on codex right now due to cost. But seems like the potential is not the same

Right now my Hermes is on Codex OAuth. I'm liking my $20 Claude Opus 4.8 interaction more and wonderimg how I can make this work to build my AIOS.

I just finished watching Nate’s AIOS course For those of you who’ve made the leap and implemented a Company AIOS 1) What did you have to redesign so it could scale across roles and teams instead of staying a personal system? 2) What are the 2–3 best practices that made it work at team scale? Looking for concrete setups / resources / examples.

I have yet to reach level 3 but wondering if I can setup Hermes agent on the AIOS? Also I saw the WAT framework and wondering how this fits into AIOS + Hermes Update: I just unlocked level 3 but dont see the WAT framework mentioned inside - wondering if its already pre setup when we follow the AIOS or is it something we need to add as a complement?
