Who is building their own personal AI OS?
Who is building their own personal AI OS from the ground up? I would love to talk to you about your strategies and frameworks you are using. Im getting started with mine and plan to scale it to be a whole team running itself with an orchestrator.

@Leonardo Alleruzzo I went through it and it actually is the same video, but explained step by step highlighting relevant parts of the video in written, and it includes the GitHub repo
Some advice on AI projects I wish I had when I was starting out.
I'm Tiago, Head of AI and Automations at a B2B sales company. I do this all day, every day, so I want to help people who are just getting into this space. 1. Organize and document everything Understand the concept of Epics and Stories. Use frameworks that help you structure this. It makes a real difference in every project you touch. 2. Eval is your core job Evaluating outputs is not something you delegate. This is the core job 3. Automating something is actually simple. Here's my process: Document the process (step 1, step 2, step 3...) Ask the AI: "How can I improve this process strategically?" Then ask: "How can I make on technical way this as simple, fast and efficient as possible?" Go back to step 1. Document and evaluate again. That's it. Most people overcomplicate it.

@Thiago Cardoso Please do, I’d love to understand how your AIOS framework works, especially how you set it up so teams can use it together effectively. How you handle multi-user access, permissions, and collaboration.
Friday morning motivation
I know that some of us might struggle with motivation thinking “will learning AI help me in my career or in my business and is it worth it?“ I’ve been building websites with AI or no code the past two years and I can definitely say if you stick with it, it’s worth it. Just put in the reps.

Sounds great @Ken Savage ! Curious to know: What are the first few things they usually ask you to automate? How do you usually guide that conversation so you can figure out what they actually need (even if they’re not sure themselves yet)? What’s your main promotional channel?
From Personal AIOS to Company AIOS
I just finished watching Nate’s AIOS course For those of you who’ve made the leap and implemented a Company AIOS 1) What did you have to redesign so it could scale across roles and teams instead of staying a personal system? 2) What are the 2–3 best practices that made it work at team scale? Looking for concrete setups / resources / examples.
What if?
If you could automate ONE thing in your business tomorrow — What would it be? (Mine changed everything when I finally set it up)

@Drique Sd interesting, that’s one of the biggest pain points, can you share more details about your flow?
