Blue Belt Blues
When do you know if you're improving ? Can you define the tell-tale signs? I'm very curious what is everyone's collective feedback to this question I'm wrestling with at the moment "pardon the pun"

@Brian Rafat much appreciated
What’s Getting Better? 👇
Quick check-in. What’s one part of your jiu-jitsu that feels better than it did three months ago? Could be your timing, confidence, conditioning, one position, or just knowing when to slow the **** down. 😂 One thing. That’s it.

Blue belt here. I wish I know when to slow the **** down. I know my Jiu-Jitsu will be better for it. I'm at the stage where I do recognize the value of slowing my roll, but I do get carried away especially with those 20 something year olds

@Brian Rafat exactly.
What Makes a Good Training Partner?
Not the toughest. Not the most technical. What quality makes someone a genuinely good training partner? Control? Communication? Reliability? Knowing when to push you? Not turning Tuesday morning into the ADCC finals? 😂 What’s number one for you?

All the above, I would also add "Care", some training partners perhaps due to lack of experience can be reckless.
Creapure
I'm now on my 2nd month of supplementing with Creatine. I notice by week 2, more gas in the tank during the day, I'm favouring the walk or the bike ride over the short car ride... I'm also noticing muscle gians. This might be old news for some of us, I wonder if anyone else is a recent fan of creatine? I'm recommending it to everyone I know
Even If You've Never Posted, Drop One Word Below
I know a lot of you read but don't post, and that's totally fine. But I want to hear from you too. No pressure, no paragraphs, nothing fancy. Just drop one word that describes your training right now. Sore. Motivated. Tired. Hooked. Rebuilding. Whatever it is. One word. That's it. I'll go first: Recovering.

Creatine. That's my one word and current obsession
