Any tips for his anatomy? Trying to do that stance with his stand behind him, but I feel he is just a little off.

I feel like the stand is a bit small and should have been less stiff over all.

Intro to me
I've been drawing for about 3 weeks and have been trying to improve my basics. I do use guidelines but not figures due to lack of experience. I dont have that many supplies but hopefully that changes soon! Here's some of my art so far.
