Getting reference
Using action figure poses is a great way to get references for your dynamic poses, it also shows how the body is broken down. You can go to Pinterest and find several of these images. Try it out and post your results!

Figure Practice
This is a practice that help with creativity and posing, start with a simple shape and keep it light. Then try to draw a body using that shape as its main form. It could take some tries but when you get it, it can be a fun way to practice. Post your attempts ✏️
