testing today and yesterday my steps. I took a “casual” step day yesterday seeing where that landed and today was and “average” step day.. but tomorrow I’m going to go out of my way and see how many steps I can actually get!

I don’t usually eat breakfast so I’m good as of right now! I feel like dinner time is where I am going to struggle lol. But I have a leg day and barre planned for later. Had to take a video of my workout yesterday and saw progress in my muscles! 💪🏼

Help ☹️
Guys I need serious help with protein intake 🤣 I knew it was going to be hard on the days I can only eat 1000 calories, but I literally have not met my goal once yet. I’m contemplating if I should drink protein shakes? I heard some of them aren’t very good for you, but I don’t know what else I can do. I’ve eaten sausage, salmon, chicken, beef, eggs. I just can’t meet my goal ☹️☹️
