Guys I need serious help with protein intake 🤣 I knew it was going to be hard on the days I can only eat 1000 calories, but I literally have not met my goal once yet. I’m contemplating if I should drink protein shakes? I heard some of them aren’t very good for you, but I don’t know what else I can do. I’ve eaten sausage, salmon, chicken, beef, eggs. I just can’t meet my goal ☹️☹️
