Favorite exercise and why:
What is an exercise or activity that you love doing, and why? I'll go first: I love barbell squats. I love strengthening my legs to help lift my kids, run around with them, and keep my knees and hips strong and healthy to be able to do it for a long time.

I love rdls. The burn is real. Lol I also love hip thrust. My heaviest lift. Feeling strong it great!
