Great call with Ka`ili!
I had a call today with @Kāʻili Wells Jr., and I am already SO excited for how I’m going to grow as a ukulele player now that I have this support. I’ve been playing for 12-13 years now, but never took lessons aside from some random online classes and YouTube tutorials. But it’s so different getting live feedback from Ka`ili who is helping me understand more of what I want from my ukulele playing, and showing me a path for how to get there without a bunch of boring tutorials that aren’t even so relevant to me anyway. If you’re in this group and you haven’t talked to Ka`ili yet, make sure you do!

I got a few meetings and a lesson tonight and tomorrow! After that, it's mostly just my wife and me trying to figure out our new diet and exercise routines, and just hanging out.

@Adam Knight we call that particular bread in the picture a roll here 😂 It actually looks similar to “Hawaiian sweet bread,” as people mistakenly call it. It’s actually the pão doce that Portuguese immigrants brought over.
