Kidney
Any suggestions on holistic methods for kidney cleansing? My coworker is having kidney pain, and the standard health care system is taking forever to address her. She is currently trying lemon water, cranberry, apple cider vinegar, and dandelion tea.

Traction : Raise the Floor Thoughts
January is ending and many people have set goals that are aligned with their health for this month. Whether it was Dry Jan or Cold Plunge Challenge or Not Eating Out ... whatever it is that is awesome. The question now becomes how do you sustain that progress? You raise the floor. What does that mean? Instead of focusing on you keeping with your best habits of all time (ie this past month) what do you have to eliminate that will derail your progress the most? If you think in terms of raising the floor vs attaining the consistency of your habits at the highest peak. Another way to think about it is what do I have to subtract that is hindering me from achieving my health goals. Subtraction before addition. This will take you farther, with less work, and better results. Examples: Dry Jan ---> I will only drink 1x per week and have less than 2 drinks for Feb (8 drink total for Feb) You eliminated the binge drinking nights that leads to a plethora of bad actions Cold Plunge Challenge --> I will not go more than 7 days without cold plunging You eliminated the long gaps of not doing cold plunging Not Eating Out --> I will only eat out 1x per week at places where I know don't use poor oils You eliminated the completely processed carbs and rancid oils that derailed your entire week of eating clean What do you have to eliminate to raise the floor?

Do not scroll social media in the morning to ensure I have enough time for morning sunlight on my skin and in my eyes.
Fruit Free Beauty Products
Hi all! I did the food intolerance test through Haven and my main intolerance is fruit. I’m having a hard time finding hair care products that are fruit free, as most natural options use coconut/avocado/olives. Anyone else here fruit free with things that have worked for them? Or recipes of things you’ve made for yourself?

Update on this topic: I’ve talked with a fellow colleague that also has a fruit intolerance and she actually washes her hair with raw egg. I’ve trialed it multiple times ( I also have very thick curly hair) and my scalp truly feels so clean without that stripped feeling. I don’t have scalp flakes or itchiness since changing over and it gives me a few more days between washes since my scalp doesn’t get as “oily” as quickly. So just another option for anyone looking for one!
Great Workshop!
Thanks for all who attended the workshop! We went deep on a number of topics, mostly unrelated to the holiday protocol: Fertility, natural childbirth, Weston Price, organ meats, raw milk, vaccines, testosterone, progesterone, thyroid, mold. Come to a workshop in the future and we can jam on any topic you like! Merry Christmas y'all.

I’d love to see notes on the organ meats if anyone as them!
