Does anyone know if I can ask for a credit limit increase after getting approved for a smaller limit at Elon, if so how is the reconsideration actually done, Before or after I get the card?

I’ve been told that when I apply for a business credit card I would have to call right after I got approved to delete the inquiry. If I wait too long and then I call then they would most likely close my entire business credit card account. Is this true?
