Is it just me or should surfing be considered legit therapy?? 🤔 I always come out of the water a better person.

I fell in love with surfing about 5 years ago while I was living in San Luis Obispo. After playing lacrosse all my life and in college, I needed to shift lanes and find a pastime I could carry on. Since then Ive redirected that drive to surfing, and have gotten way more out of surfing than I could have imagined. Along the way I’ve been picking up skills and building a faith-based, surf brand called Reveal to encourage internal and external discovery. Surfing has become the focus for almost all of my travels and daily thoughts as it is such an amazing way to experience our world and connect with local community. Some of the most rad people and mentors I have met were through surf communities and its really let me bring together my athleticism, creativity and spirit. Im always looking to meet new people and grow, recently I’ve gotten into fishing and applying my videography skills into more surf content. What is up Surf Space! Realized I never intro’d myself! I’m Leason and I live on the Gulf Coast of Florida on Pensacola Beach. I know I know, tHEre’S nO wAvES iN tHE gULf. I can assure you it pumps on its day. Been surfing for 30ish years, traveled extensively leading surf and serve mission trips, and recently launched a homeschool surf academy/school with 20-30 students depending on the session. I’m a full time surf missionary and Regional Coordinator with Christian Surfers. Husband and Father of some epic grommies just starting to shred themselves.
