Hello guys, I use Claude Code a lot on multiple projects. One thing I don't like is that it writes very long to explain things even though I don't ask them. Sometimes I ask a basic question but the reply is 3-4 paragraphs long. What's the solution for this? I just want it to write to me briefly and concisely. Should I save this prompt into claude.md, use a skill, just tell him every session? A global solution that will apply to all my projects is preffered. Thanks.

Hey everyone — I’m currently building in ecommerce and the service space, and I’m looking for ways to make the business run smoother with AI automations. Right now I’m especially interested in automating things like: Lead follow-up Customer support Order / client onboarding CRM updates Email workflows Simple AI agents for repetitive tasks Website improvements / conversion fixes I’m not super technical, but I understand the business side and I know there are probably a lot of things we’re doing manually that could be automated.
