Hello - where's everyone at?
Hi Everyone 👋 Back after a couple of busy weeks at work and I've kind of fallen behind. Wondering how everyone else is tracking? Sometimes (inevitably Life Happens) and something I am very careful about is to not beat myself up. I'm to be super flexible and adaptable (this doesn't mean 'kick the can down the road' but be adaptable in what I consider to be progress). And more importantly, prioritise my health and wellness - sleep, nutrition, exercise, meditation, family time BEFORE I start to focus on tasks and calendars. Interested in how others manage this? Do share your specific techniques and tools if you care to!
