As a listing agent, i am going to make sure that there is a disclaimer regarding the presence of video and audio recording devices in and around the home (both in the home on a tabletop marketing doc next to my SD, on the agent remarks, and in the scheduler software). and then as a buyers agent, its super important to remind our clients that the sellers will likely have evidence of anything said and done during our time in the property. i mean, there are cameras in freaking refrigerators nowadays! 🤣
