How I Plan And Execute 100 Pieces of Content
πŸ˜πŸ‘ŠπŸΎ Here Are Some Screenshots of my content plan for January. You can see it details 5 posts per day, for everyday of the week. I actually post 3 posts per day so the extra 2 are backups and really come in handy when in a pinch. If I was 100% efficient, however, I'd create and post all 5 videos everyday (That's what I'm working towards as long as I can keep them quality). ⚑️ What I do when i'm shooting is, each little box of 5 posts gets assigned a shirt and a location. I'll go out shoot all 5 with that shirt, change, shoot whatever else is in that same location and then move on. I'll repeat this until I don't have enough time or energy left to shoot. Doing this, i've been able to shoot upwards of 20 pieces of content per hour. πŸ˜… Where I need to tighten up is scheduling. Right now i'm posting it all manually which is easy cause its already created and organised, but i'd like to step it up and schedule them maybe 2 - 4 weeks in advance so that I can have more leeway with my schedule. As you can see its a good mix of my music, other music I like, personal hobbies and interests (that ultimately tie back to my music) πŸ™ŒπŸΎπŸ’―πŸ”₯ A NOTE FROM THE LAST 28 DAYS πŸ”₯ I wrote two skimboarding songs and have been taking lots of skimboarding footage then posting it with one of my skim songs. On my Youtube now, out of my top 10 shorts, 7 of them are skimboarding videos, 5 of them have the song and all are between 1k - 2k in views.

Yeah they are cool as a secondary form of content but I woildn t be spending a big amount of my budget on them unless I was running ads. But even still there are more cost effective ways to promote content imo
These 4 Reasons Will Make You WISH You'd Been Going LIVE!
I was just watching the "No Labels Necessary" podcast episode from today and they spoke about going live as a great habit an artist can have along with posting consistent content. This has been a theme for me lately, where many of the coaches I follow have been alluding to the idea of regular live streams. I actually started last week and what I noticed is that 1) Its a great way to interact with your audience and keep them engaged, as well as make them feel special by shouting them out and replying to their comments, etc... 2) Its a great and EASY way to record batch content! If you go live for just 30 Minutes, could potentially have anywhere from 10 - 30 pieces of content that you can then post on your socials. 3) Its a great way to send traffic to a certain link or page. Whilst live you can direct your audience to a pre-save link that you've pinned in the comments or a link to your lead magnet to collect emails and so on. 4) You can kill multiple birds with one stone by performing your songs LIVE. Not only is it batch content and a way to nurture your fans, its also a great way to keep a regular REHEARSAL schedule so that when you have to perform in person, you're that much sharper. What do you think about live streaming? Have you ever done it? Are you willing to try?

I think going live is great but let me tell you when the chat is empty and your just talking to yourself it can make you feel discouraged. But it's all about consistency. Thanks for sharing your 4 reasons.

Welcome Joan!!
Has anyone tried this IG tactic to get new fans?
Hey y'all! recently I have been doing this strategy where I dm potential future fans of my music. This is how it works: 1. Go find a similar artists page and find their most recent post. 2. Go thru the comment section find people who have commented 3. Send each person a DM message (DM Image attached) Now the content of the DM is important. Since this is a cold audience who I'm reaching out to I mak sure to make this message super friendly and address each person by name. I also state that this is not spam in a funny way to start so that they are more likely to read. After that I let em know the song I'm promoting and what types of vibes it gives off to keep them enticed. Then I go into more detail about the song and try to make it relatable by tying in emotions and life experiences. Finally I close it off by letting them know that I would appreciate if they listen and if they don't that's okay so they I don't put pressure on them. I also put in my CTA for them to follow and give them a reason why. I end it with a thank you for taking the time to read. LET ME BE TRANSPARENT Some people don't reply at all. Some reply and listen but I never hear from them again. BUT SOME LOVE IT AND MAKE SURE TO FOLLOW ON IG and that's enough for me to continue. COUPLE TIPS So that I don't get burnt out I only do 5 dms a day. This helps me be consistent cuz it's not overwhelming Once I make the Dm I save a copy in my notes so all I have to do is copy it and change the person's name which saves so much time πŸ‘ŒπŸ½ If you have any recommendations I'm open for it but I'd thought it share! Much love 🀘🏽

@Andrew Brandenfels very true! If you have some food ideas on how to approach that I would love to hear. Maybe I can adjust my message to be even less spammy
