Why Most People Fail Online (And What They’re Too Afraid to Admit)
Everyone wants fast results, shiny shortcuts, and magic formulas. But here’s the unfiltered truth: success is built on consistent value delivery—not luck or hype. You don’t win by hoping someone notices you. You win by mastering your craft, adding real worth, and showing up with relentless persistence. If you waste time chasing trends or waiting for “the perfect moment,” you’re just delaying your own progress. Success respects action, clarity, and grit. It doesn’t owe you anything—you have to earn it every single day. Change your mindset, change your game. Stop selling dreams—start creating results. That’s the only way forward.

“How Do I Get Someone To Actually Say YES”
I get this question all the time. People send 100s of messages, book a couple of calls, but when it comes to closing - silence. Here’s what’s really happening (and how to fix it): 1. You’re pitching too fast. If the first time they hear about you is a sales pitch, expect rejection. Warm them up with small value drops first. 2. You’re asking instead of leading Prospects don’t want to decide, they want to follow someone who already knows the path. Stop asking “Do you think this could help?” and start saying “Here’s the best next step for you.” 3. You’re selling the thing, not the outcome No one cares about “coaching calls” or “systems.” They care about waking up in 3 months with more money, more time, and less stress. Sell that. Closing isn’t about being pushy—it’s about giving someone enough clarity that “yes” feels like the obvious option.

@Steven Chan It depends on your offer, what’s your market? Some markets allow it immediatly especially b2b, but scalable b2c needs more nurturing process.

@Steven Chan Go for cold calls they have that “first warm-up touch” and you’ll get fast to “no’s” what I’ve talked about in last posts. Speedrun those no’s. It’s simple to do it but very effective. You can try with content also. Also leveraging paid ads if you have suitable budget. And cold dms using AI - it doesn’t make sense to send them manually. Work a job and invest into systems.
Why Most “Hard Work” Doesn’t Count
You can work 12 hours a day and still stay broke. Here’s why ⬇️ Most people confuse motion with progress. - Sending random DMs = motion - Studying courses without applying = motion - Changing your logo for the 10th time = motion But progress is different: - Talking to 10 qualified leads today = progress - Posting content that solves real problems = progress - Following up until you close = progress The truth is: most people stay busy to avoid the tasks that actually move the needle. If you want results, stop asking “Am I working hard?” and start asking “Am I moving forward?”

@Steven Chan Exactly Steven. Input is equals the output.
The 4 Stages of Every Business Builder
1️⃣ Excitement – you’re hyped, consuming content, convinced you’ll crush it. 2️⃣ Confusion – no leads, no clients, you start doubting your niche or offer. 3️⃣ Consistency – you stop chasing shiny objects and finally stick to one path. 4️⃣ Compounding – results stack, momentum builds, and suddenly people call you “lucky.” Most quit in stage 2 or 3. The only difference between winners and quitters? They survived the boring middle.
