Dragged myself to the gym 3 times for an early morning sesh 🤣🤣🤣 and every day I show up for bjj or kickboxing is a win
What type of martial artist do you want to become?
Not what belt you want. Not what competition you want to win. What type of martial artist do you want to become? For me, it's someone who can still train, learn, and enjoy martial arts decades from now. What about you? 👇

And
Why did you start martial arts?
Everyone starts for a reason. Fitness. Confidence. Self-defence. Curiosity. A friend dragged them along. What was your reason? 👇

Wanted to build self confidence and self defence. Massive fan of martial arts ever since I was a kid, watching karate kid, Jackie chan movies and JVD
What Would You Choose?
If you were starting training this week, what would you prefer? A) Short, simple sessions you can stick to B) Longer, more intense sessions No right or wrong—just curious what people would lean towards 👇

Short and simple usually sticks for me with a good mix of intensity to put it to practice!
Simple upper body session.
4 exercises Incline Dumbell Chest Press 4 sets x 5 reps. Pull ups 4 sets x 5 reps. 90 seconds rest between sets. Next Seared Shoulder Dumbell Shoulder Press Super set with: Chest supported Dumbell Rows. 3 sets x 6 reps. Usually finish with 10 to 15 minutes of Zone 2 cardio.
Simple upper body session.
