If you could design your ideal training routine right now, what would it look like? How many days per week? At home or in a gym? More fitness, technique, or a mix? Curious to hear what people are aiming for.
Currently doing 5 days a week combination of kickboxing and bjj. Looking to add more gym sessions early in the morning maybe 3 times a week to improving performance in drills and sparring
Mainly the frustration of not being immediately good at something I just picked up (bjj) but building consistency and repetition addresses those frustrations (still a shitty white belt) but I am having funn 🤣🤣🤣
