I came over to the Chatham County board of accessors website. I see where it says sales search. I clicked on that and it took me to another page that also asks for sales price, square footage, year built, and property type. For property type I do not see single family homes. I did a search for August 2025 to August 2026 and when I clicked search, it gave me up to 1000 results. I started clicking on two already but they're showing just the individual owner's names. I have not seen LLC buyers yet. How would I navigate this conveniently so I won't spend so much time looking at each and every single result at a time?

Ok I ran across one so far called Washington Enterprises of GA LLC. In this first photo it shows a lot that was purchased by the company last year. I will have to see if they made any other purchases.
