Recipe. Home made fluffy marshmallows
3 Ingredients. So I had to try this and it works ! Home made healthy marshmallows. Adults, kids, everyone will like this. You need : 600 gr apples 100ml water 3 tbsp of strawberry puree 50g of gelatine powder Peel and cube the apples, cook in 100 ml of water on medium high heat under the lid. Make sure apples are super soft. Add the strawberry puree ( I used stick blender to puree 5 strawberries). Sprinkle gelatine into the hot mix. Whisk on a high speed for 10-15 min until the mix turns into hard fluff. Pour into desired dish and place in the fridge for 1-2 h. Cut into shape and size that feels fun 😊 Eat. And repeat.

REPLAY - Self-sabotage and awareness with Ben
We had quite a few light bulb moments during this session, and it was full of surprises. Here is the raw, uncut version of our conversation. We covered: • What is behind most self-sabotage situations • What opportunities may be hidden within these moments • How we can expand our understanding of these so-called "weak" moments • How to turn internal pressure and feeling stuck into a more relaxed and even fun experience A few things I wrote down for myself were: LIFE IS CHANGE and OPPORTUNITY I'd love to hear your thoughts. Please ask your questions, share any light bulb moments, and let us know if there is anything you think you can do differently from now on. Thank you, Ben, for your presence, guidance, and insights. His community is YOUR EMPOWERED PATH in case you feel the pull to check out his work :)

Just finished watching this replay and I am so thankful for what Ben shared. The shift from thinking about discomfort to reframing the mind. Thanks also to Kelli and Deb :)
Liver Health module updates
Just a quick update. At the moment I am creating the section called "LIVER and WEIGHT LOSS". I will tell you about: - how I approach weight loss, and I turn it into a full body upgrade hahaaa - what we want to lose and what we don't want to lose - my take on calories - what are the organs that need support so the body can release what it doesn't need - why is it more difficult to lose weight after 40, what is the nature doing And now, it is your time to tell me what else you need to know about weight loss and liver? I am super open. Leave a comment or send me a message So far I have written, recorded and put together quite a few pages for the LIVER HEALTH MODULE. We have got: - the basics about the liver and how it creates a healthy body for you. Very easy and relatable way to understand why all this is relevant other than you - what foods, spices, herbs and teas are supporting the liver + recipes to choose form if you need any inspo - link between liver and emotions - alcohol and liver health, recipes for moctails yummmm I am very excited how it is all coming together because focusing on liver will give you such a boost in your health - energy, digestion, moods, sleep, cholesterol, blood sugars, hormonal balance, skin etc etc etc

Ahmy, a therapist and a human :)
Today I'd like to introduce the first person I'm bringing into our community as part of our growing focus on mindset and emotional wellbeing. Meet Ahmy. What first drew me to her community was the name: Enjoy Being Human. I instantly loved it. So many of us are trying to improve ourselves, heal, fix problems, eat better, think better, and do better. Somewhere along the way, we can forget that we're human first. Ahmy is a therapist with over 25 years of experience helping people navigate stress, emotions, relationships, overthinking, and everyday life. One of the things she says is: "Humans snap, avoid, overthink, people-please, shut down and get overwhelmed sometimes. Humans do that." I love that. I love how real she is. Warm, relatable, down-to-earth, and refreshingly honest. She has a way of helping people understand themselves without judgement and without making life feel like a self-improvement project that never ends. She combines therapeutic tools with spirituality, creating an approach that helps people become more aware, more resilient, and ultimately enjoy being human a little more. The reason I wanted to connect with Ahmy is because we share many similar values. I value joy, curiosity, growth, personal responsibility, and making life a little less serious while still living with purpose. As many of you know, my expertise is food, nutrition, inflammation, and supporting the body. Ahmy's expertise is helping people understand their minds, emotions, patterns, and relationships. Together, we hope to bring a more complete approach to wellbeing by supporting both the body and the mind. You'll see me tagging Ahmy from time to time when questions come up around mindset, emotional wellbeing, stress, relationships, or navigating life's challenges. She is incredibly knowledgeable and I know many of you will appreciate her perspective. I've included a link to her community below if you'd like to explore it. ENJOY BEING HUMAN

Little Boost For Your Liver
We are living in a world where we are exposed to processed food, synthetic chemicals in our skincare, cleaning products and plastics. Plus more daily stress than any previous generation has had to carry. All of this makes our livers work harder than ever just to keep up. When the liver is overloaded, you feel it everywhere. - Fatigue that sleep does not fix. - Skin that has lost its glow. - Hormones that feel chaotic. - Bloating after meals that should be fine. - Brain fog that follows you through the day. - Weight around the middle that will not shift. The good news is that small changes make a real difference. Here are three simple things you can do for your liver this week: 1. Warm lemon water first thing in the morning Before your coffee, before anything else. Warm water with half a lemon squeezed in. It stimulates bile flow, gently wakes the liver up and costs nothing. Try it for a week and notice how your digestion feels. 2. A small handful of rocket before your main meal Bitter greens are one of the simplest and most overlooked liver supporters. Most women have never connected them to their hormones. Dress with a little olive oil and lemon and let it do its quiet work. 3. Notice how you feel after a fatty meal After salmon, avocado, eggs or anything rich. If you feel nauseous, heavy or bloated afterwards, that is a bile flow signal worth paying attention to. Healthy fats should feel completely fine. If they do not, your liver is flagging something. While you are busy giving all this a go, I will keep polishing the liver health module so you can get your liver the best support possible, naturally.
