great discussion. This was extremely helpful. I too am guilty of mental obesity 😅 although I coach at the affiliate twice a week and once a week at a Strength gym, I still sometimes find myself struggling to implement things I’ve learned. The move aspect too hit me. I’m finding it harder to make time for myself to train with coaching so often, a full time job and a teenager that plays sports. I need to be a bit more mindful of my training time as well.
