Hi all- someone ordered one of my clipart images (Etsy) and she messaged me saying she can't open the pdf. This is my first customer question so I want to do it perfectly. My question to all of you: don't people usually use the png file so they can change the size to meet their needs? My images (using MyDesigns) are 4096x4096 and I cant imagine what use a pdf would be?

Hello! I am struggling on deciding which AI platform is the best bang for your buck. I am using Kittl but am dabbling with Playground AI and Ideogram. Just looking for suggestions as I don't have a lot of money to spend each month on subscriptions. TIA!

I tried it last night with 20 listings (I,have the Pro version) and i kept getting an error that some of the files were over 10MB. I hovered over each file and none were over 10MB. For the upload: I have the file with BG removed plus two mockup photos. The original file is there but it's not selected (wondering if should remove that original file altogether?). I've been watching videos and no one else seems to have this problem! Any advice?
